History
Founded by Brad Horne in 2009, Bayne Development Group, LLC is a general contracting firm that specializes in several areas of commercial construction. Creative and dependable, Bayne has over 40 years of experience in the commercial, residential, development and new construction.
Our varied backgrounds allows us to operate as a full service general contractor that can perform everything from site work, flex space, and distribution warehouse, to Class “A” office space, retail, fast track restaurant, government and medical offices. Our experienced staff can also assist with value engineering and design alternatives to facilitate even the strictest time frame and budget requirements.
Bayne Development Group provides industry-leading, full-service General Contracting which includes day-to-day oversight of the construction process, management of trades and vendors, as well as coordination of project communications. Our knowledgeable teams of construction professionals utilize detailed scheduling, implement effective cost control strategies, and deliver quality-built facilities through an open-book and collaborative process. Each new member of our team goes through an extensive orientation program which provides a wealth of information regarding personal safety, crew safety, environmental health issues and the priorities of Bayne Development Group in regards to safety. Our company offers a complete listing of courses revolving around safety and training, some of which include Project Management, Supervisor Training, Health and CPR, OSHA Safety and Sexual Harassment.
Our teams use top-of-the-line equipment to ensure safety and productivity. All of our subcontractors have tablets to submit daily updates and photos of the project. This helps us keep clients informed on the status of their project. We also utilize RedTeam Project Management Software to help keep track of projects and keep team members up-to-date on progress.
