Safety is a priority at Bayne Development Group. We have developed an in-depth training program for our employees that includes training in accountability, attitude and site-specific planning.
Maintaining quality of life for surrounding public and performing our project scope with the least amount of impact to the environment is extremely important to us. Each project is closely monitored for potential risks to the health and well-being of both onsite workers and the public. Environmental awareness is also part of our promise to safety. Everyone on the job site shares an equal responsibility to maintain a safe environment. Superintendents are responsible for the safety of the crew and taking corrective action in order to avoid any safety hazards.
Training & Prevention
All onboarding is done through our corporate offices and each new member of our team goes through an extensive orientation program which provides a wealth of information regarding personal safety, crew safety, environmental health issues and the priorities of Bayne Development Group in regards to safety. Our company offers a complete listing of courses revolving around safety and training, some of which include Project Management, Supervisor Training, Health and CPR, OSHA Safety and Sexual Harassment.
